BLOOMBERG DIGITAL ARTS INITIATIVE 2013

As a company with an international reputation for supporting new ideas and extraordinary talent, Bloomberg's partnership with YAF reflects the company's ongoing philanthropic commitment to contemporary arts initiatives that put innovation, access and new technologies at their core. With this dynamic new program, YAF and Bloomberg aim to provide vital opportunities to emerging Hong Kong based artists working with digital technology.

Selected artists will have the opportunity to develop new work for public exhibition/performance, fully supported by the YAF and its team. The Digital Arts Initiative aims to encourage artistic innovation in the field and to develop new audiences for digital art in the region. The most innovative proposal will be selected by a jury panel comprised of art curators and arts professionals. We have high expectations and are anticipating original & exciting proposals to present to the selection panel for 2013!

Selected artist/ artist group will be offered
• Artist Fee: HK$50,000
• Material Sponsorship: HK$100,000
• A Solo Exhibition/ Performance organised and supported by YAF and Bloomberg

Deadline for proposal submission: 23/4/2013 (Tue) 6:00pm
